Dr. EnoAbasi (Sybil) Whitenburg is an accomplished apostolic leader, educator, and visionary dedicated to leadership development, ministry, and academic instruction. Known as “EnoAbasi,” meaning Gift of Jehovah, she carries a dynamic teaching and prophetic ministry that equips individuals for transformation and purpose.
She has spent many years cultivating the “Gifts of Jehovah,” a calling reflected in both her life and work. Dr. Whitenburg holds a Ph.D. in Religious Studies, a Doctorate of Divinity in Christian Education, a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Social Work from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and Philosophy from Marymount Manhattan College. She is also a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center.
Her professional experience includes service as a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and counselor, demonstrating her commitment to both spiritual and practical development.
Dr. Whitenburg is the founder and International President of The Lord’s Ladies and Daughters of Destiny International and serves in global leadership roles within ministry organizations. Alongside her husband, Bishop Adell Whitenburg, she has ministered internationally through seminars, conferences, and Bible teaching across multiple nations, impacting lives and equipping leaders worldwide.
Currently, she serves as Vicar General for the Council of International Charismatic Bishops and as Administrator and Resident Pastor of Antioch Dominion Restoration Campus.
Through Antioch Ministry and the School of Wisdom Christocracy College, Dr. Whitenburg is committed to raising leaders grounded in faith, wisdom, and Christ-centered governance.
Bishop Adell Whitenburg is Chief Apostle, and spiritual father to ministries and leaders across the United States. He serves as the Chief Apostle of The Lord’s Ladies and Daughters of Destiny International, Inc., and he is the Southwest Jurisdictional Bishop and an Executive Board Member of the Council of International Christian Ministries.
He is the Presiding Bishop of Antioch Dominion Restoration Campus and Covenant Ministries Word and Worship Center, providing apostolic oversight to churches and leaders who seek fatherhood, alignment, and kingdom order. Bishop Adell ministers with wisdom, integrity, and a strong apostolic grace, carrying a mandate to teach salvation as the foundation for kingdom family and to restore God’s divine order in lives, homes, and ministries.
He is the author of “God Didn’t Do It” and “Understanding Your World Through The Word Of God”. His books help others understand that God does not cause the evil that they see or the challenges they face. These transformative works restore truth about the nature of God and break yokes that hinder spiritual understanding.
Bishop Adell is married to Dr. EnoAbasi Whitenburg, and together they are anointed and appointed for territorial advancement and kingdom impact.
