Dr. EnoAbasi (Sybil) Whitenburg is an accomplished apostolic leader, educator, and visionary dedicated to leadership development, ministry, and academic instruction. Known as “EnoAbasi,” meaning Gift from Jehovah, she carries a dynamic teaching and prophetic ministry that equips individuals for transformation and purpose. Her calling and anointing are reflected in her life and her work.
She has spent many years cultivating the “Gifts of Jehovah,” a calling reflected in both her life and work. Dr. Whitenburg holds a Ph.D. in Theology, a Doctorate of Divinity in Christian Education, a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Social Work from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and Philosophy from Marymount Manhattan College. She is also a graduate of Rhema Bible Training College in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Her professional experience includes Private Practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Director of Child Protective Services, Pastor of Word Of Life World Outreach Ministries. She has held many Community Outreach positions and governing membership on many Boards Of Directors. Appointed by the Governor of South Carolina. Dr. EnoAbasi served two terms as an Arts Commisioner and on the Governor's Oversight Commission For Children with Special Needs
Dr. Whitenburg is the Founder and President of The Lord’s Ladies and Daughters of Destiny International and serves in global leadership roles within many ministry organizations. Through seminars, conferences, and for President Marcos of the Philippines, Dr. EnoAbasi has ministered internationally and has conducted Bible Study Programs across multiple nations. She has positively impacted many lives, equipped leaders worldwide and accourding to many she is a " World Changer" .
Currently, she serves as Vicar General for the Council of International Charismatic Bishops and Pastor of Antioch Dominion Restoration Campus. She is the Resident Dean of The University of Christocracy and College of Governance and Antioch's School Of Wisdom.
Through these Dr. EnoAbasi's commitment to raising leaders who are grounded in faith, wisdom, and Christ-centered governance is actualized.
Bishop Adell Whitenburg is Chief Apostle, and spiritual father to ministries and leaders across the United States. He serves as the Chief Apostle of The Lord’s Ladies and Daughters of Destiny International, Inc., and he is the Southwest Jurisdictional Bishop and an Executive Board Member of the Council of International Christian Ministries.
He is the Presiding Bishop of Antioch Dominion Restoration Campus and Covenant Ministries Word and Worship Center, providing apostolic oversight to churches and leaders who seek fatherhood, alignment, and kingdom order. Bishop Adell ministers with wisdom, integrity, and a strong apostolic grace, carrying a mandate to teach salvation as the foundation for kingdom living and the restoration of God’s divine order in lives, homes, and ministries.
Bishop Adell attended Midland Technical College where he majored in Business Administration and he holds a Doctorate Of Divinity from Oral Roberts University.
He is the author of “God Didn’t Do It” and “Understanding Your World Through The Word Of God”. His books help others understand that God does not cause the evil that they see or the challenges they face. These transformative works restore truth about the nature of God and break yokes that hinder spiritual understanding.
Bishop Adell is married to Dr. EnoAbasi Whitenburg, and together they are "anointed and appointed for Territorial Takeover."
Joella Williams is the founder of JBWintouch | Faith & Growth Hub, a platform devoted to encouraging others to experience God’s peace through intentional living. She is the author of Journey to Recovery, a devotional for grieving spouses, and Dwelling in His Presence, a devotional focused on deepening intimacy with God. She also creates additional resources on Amazon designed to encourage spiritual growth and a deeper walk with God. Through her writing, worship, and her platform JBWintouch | Faith & Growth Hub (jbwintouch.com), Joella encourages readers to slow down, linger in God’s presence, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose.
In November 2009, Joella was ordained into ministry after receiving her ministerial credentials from the International Miracle Institute (IMI) in Pensacola, Florida, under Dr. Christian and Dr. Robin Harfouche. During her ordination, she received the laying on of hands from Dr. Christian Harfouche and Dr. Robin Harfouche. She later also received the laying on of hands from Bishop Adell Whitenburg and received impartation from Dr. T. L. Lowery.
Her spiritual journey continued to deepen through studies at the Benny Hinn Institute, where she received separate certifications in Operating in the Anointing and Divine Healing, and completed two years of Preparation for Ministry. Joella also earned a True Worship Certification from the True Worship School under Apostle Jacob Toback, strengthening her foundation in authentic worship and intimacy with God.
Alongside her ministry work, Joella is certified in IT Support and UX Design. She approaches every endeavor with excellence, strong organization, and genuine compassion. Her experience in administration and customer support, combined with her studies in Business Administration, has equipped her to serve others with diligence, efficiency, and care.
Joella now serves as the Administrator at Antioch Dominion Restoration Campus & School Of Wisdom, faithfully supporting the operations of the ministry with excellence, integrity, and a heart for God’s people. She is committed to helping create an environment where ministry can flow smoothly and lives can be impacted for the Kingdom.
Above all, Joella 's ultimate desire is to live a life that pleases God.
