Please complete, sign, and submit this attendance form to support our impact reporting and to ensure you receive your academic credits. All submissions must be made on or before the 15th day of each month.
This process helps us accurately track your progress throughout the program. Please note that after completing each lesson on YouTube, you will be required to answer a set of questions to validate your participation and understanding of the course material.
